Santi Aldama records 17/7/2/1 line vs. Houston
Mon, Jan 26, 2026, 4:31 PM
Santi Aldama accounted for 17 points (7-of-12 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), seven rebounds, two assists, one steal and one three-pointer in Monday's loss to the Rockets.
Analysis: Back in the Grizzlies' lineup after a two-game absence, Aldama played 27 minutes on Monday. The production was solid, and he's now reached double figures in four of his last five appearances. Jock Landale (personal) being away from the team could have raised Aldama's fantasy ceiling, but the playing time did not receive a significant boost. That said, he should be rostered in standard leagues as long as the Grizzlies are without starting center Zach Edey (ankle).
Jaren Jackson
Jaren Jackson Jr. scores 17 points vs. Houston
Mon, Jan 26, 2026, 4:30 PM
Jaren Jackson Jr. amassed 17 points (8-of-17 FGs), seven rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one three-pointer in Monday's loss to the Rockets.
Analysis: Much-maligned for his lackluster rebounding production, Jackson has made strides in that area recently. Counting Monday's line, this is the first time in nearly a month that the Grizzlies' forward has grabbed at least six rebounds in three straight games. Add in the points and blocked shots, and fantasy managers received solid value from Jackson in his first game of Week 15. The Grizzlies play three more games this week.

MEM starts Spencer, Coward, Wells, Aldama, Jackson
Mon, Jan 26, 2026, 1:41 PM
NBA Lineups
Cam Spencer, Cedric Coward, Jaylen Wells, Santi Aldama and Jaren Jackson Jr. will start Monday's game against the Rockets.
Analysis: After a two-game absence, Aldama is back on the court and is part of the Grizzlies' starting lineup. His return coincides with Jock Landale being out for personal reasons. When available, both players are worth rostering because the Grizzlies are still without Zach Edey (ankle).
Santi Aldama
Santi Aldama (knee) available Monday vs. Houston
Mon, Jan 26, 2026, 1:09 PM
Grizzlies PR
Santi Aldama (knee) is available to play in Monday's game against the Rockets.
Analysis: Aldama will play against the Rockets on Monday after a two-game absence. His return will give the Grizzlies a key scorer off the bench, as well as a capable rebounder and facilitator, as the team looks to put an end to their two-game losing streak.
Jock Landale
Jock Landale (personal) out Monday vs. HOU
Mon, Jan 26, 2026, 8:57 AM
NBA Injury Report
Jock Landale (personal) is out for Monday's matchup with the Rockets.
Analysis: Landale was questionable on Friday for personal reasons but ultimately took the court in that game and again on Sunday. He'll be out for the second leg of Memphis' back-to-back set, and with Santi Aldama (knee) questionable, the Grizzlies could be thin in the frontcourt. GG Jackson could be in line for a bump in playing time if Aldama is ruled out.

NBA postpones Sunday's Nuggets/Grizzlies matchup
Sun, Jan 25, 2026, 7:25 AM
Shams Charania
Due to inclement weather, the NBA has postponed Sunday's game between the Nuggets and Grizzlies.
Analysis: Inclement weather has affected a significant portion of the country, including the Memphis area. As a result, Sunday's matchup between Denver and Memphis has been postponed. The league will announce a new date for the game in the coming days.
Santi Aldama
Santi Aldama (knee) out Sunday vs. Denver
Sat, Jan 24, 2026, 12:44 PM
NBA Injury Report
Santi Aldama (knee) is out for Sunday's game against the Nuggets.
Analysis: Sunday's game will be the third that Aldama has missed with a sore right knee. Jock Landale started Friday's loss to the Pelicans and had one of his best games of the season, tallying 24 points and 11 rebounds as part of a complete stat line. He's worth streaming while Aldama is out.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant (elbow) to miss three weeks with sprain
Sat, Jan 24, 2026, 5:07 AM
Grizzlies PR
Ja Morant (elbow) is out for at least three weeks.
Analysis: Morant suffered a UCL sprain in his left (non-shooting) elbow during Wednesday's loss to the Hawks. The injury is expected to sideline the 26-year-old point guard for at least the next three weeks, at which point he'll be reevaluated. Cam Spencer started in Morant's place Friday and had 21 points and 11 assists, making him a legitimate fantasy option while Morant is out.
Jock Landale
Jock Landale (personal) starts, posts 24/11 line
Fri, Jan 23, 2026, 5:07 PM
Jock Landale (personal) finished with 24 points (11-of-18 FGs), 11 rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and two three-pointers against the Pelicans on Friday.
Analysis: Landale was one of several productive Grizzlies on Friday. He scored well both inside and outside the arc while making a difference on the glass. As a result, the fifth-year center came away with a big double-double in his 32 minutes of game action. Landale has easily put together his best statistical season as an NBA player and has proven to be a nice fit alongside Jaren Jackson Jr. in the frontcourt. He'll have a chance to land a third straight double-double on Friday against the Nuggets.
Jaren Jackson
Jaren Jackson Jr. has 26/12 double-double vs. NOP
Fri, Jan 23, 2026, 4:59 PM
Jaren Jackson Jr. recorded 26 points (7-of-18 FGs, 10-of-11 FTs), 12 rebounds, three assists, one steal, four blocks and two three-pointers in the loss to the Pelicans on Friday.
Analysis: Despite some inefficient shooting, mostly beyond the arc, Jackson took advantage of the charity stripe and worked his way past the 25-point mark for the third time in January. The former Defensive Player of the Year also impacted the game as a shot blocker and used active hands to walk away from this one with five stocks. Additionally, Jackson reached double figures in rebounding for the first time this month, which resulted in his third double-double of the season. Friday served as a nice bounce-back performance for him.
Jock Landale
Jock Landale (personal) available vs. New Orleans
Fri, Jan 23, 2026, 12:33 PM
Damichael Cole
Jock Landale (personal) is available to play against the Pelicans on Friday.
Analysis: Landale was a late addition to the injury report, but he will be able to suit up in this game. He has come off the bench during their last two games, but he has played significant minutes regardless, which should continue in this game.
Ty Jerome
Iisalo: Ty Jerome doing 5-on-5 work in practice
Fri, Jan 23, 2026, 12:31 PM
Damichael Cole
Grizzlies coach Tuomas Iisalo said Ty Jerome (calf) is doing 5-on-5 work in practice.
Analysis: Iisalo also said Jerome needs to “build up over the next week or two,” but he is “very close.” Jerome has yet to make his debut for Memphis after injuring his calf in the preseason finale. He still may not return until closer to the All-Star break, but he will eventually fill out some of the backcourt minutes for the Grizzlies. However, it seems likely that Ja Morant will remain with Memphis for the rest of the season, so there isn't much upside for Jerome unless there is an injury in front of him.
Jock Landale
Jock Landale (personal) questionable Friday
Fri, Jan 23, 2026, 8:26 AM
NBA Injury Report
Jock Landale (personal) is questionable for Friday's matchup with the Pelicans.
Analysis: Landale started Wednesday's loss to the Hawks, but his potential absence could open up more playing time for John Konchar, with GG Jackson potentially moving into the starting five. With Zach Edey and Santi Aldama both out, Memphis' frontcourt rotation is razor thin.
Santi Aldama
Santi Aldama (knee) out Friday vs. New Orleans
Thu, Jan 22, 2026, 12:11 PM
NBA Injury Report
Santi Aldama (knee) is out for Friday's game against the Pelicans.
Analysis: Aldama will miss a second consecutive game due to soreness in his right knee. Jock Landale moved into the starting lineup for Wednesday's loss to the Hawks and should retain that role. Due to the lack of frontcourt depth, Landale is worth streaming.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant (elbow) out Friday vs. New Orleans
Thu, Jan 22, 2026, 12:08 PM
NBA Injury Report
Ja Morant (elbow) is out for Friday's game against the Pelicans.
Analysis: Due to a sprained UCL in his left (non-shooting) elbow, Morant will not play on Friday. Cam Spencer is the most likely replacement in the starting lineup, but there have been times when Vince Williams Jr. received the nod instead. Regardless of who head coach Tuomas Iisalo decides to go with, Spencer offers a considerably higher fantasy upside.
Jaren Jackson
Jaren Jackson Jr. plagued by foul trouble vs. ATL
Wed, Jan 21, 2026, 5:17 PM
Jaren Jackson Jr. recorded 17 points (6-of-12 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), six rebounds, two assists, one steal and one three-pointer in Wednesday's loss to the Hawks.
Analysis: Since grabbing 12 rebounds in a December 30 loss to the 76ers, Jackson has recorded six rebounds or more in three of his last nine appearances. That includes Wednesday's six-rebound performance, one that was plagued by foul trouble. And the fouls weren't limited to the defensive end of the floor, as there were a couple called due to illegal screens. Jackson has been a top-50 player over the past two weeks, and having Ja Morant on the floor should help, but the rebounding and fouls need to be cleaned up.
Ja Morant
Ja Morant records 23 points, 12 assists vs. ATL
Wed, Jan 21, 2026, 5:16 PM
Ja Morant accumulated 23 points (7-of-15 FGs, 8-of-8 FTs), two rebounds, 12 assists, one steal, three blocks and one three-pointer in Wednesday's loss to the Hawks.
Analysis: Playing stateside for the first time since January 2, Morant finished Wednesday's defeat with his third double-double in as many appearances and eighth of the season. The Grizzlies' point guard had a chance to win the game in the final seconds, but his three-point attempt missed the mark. Morant did commit five turnovers, but that was the lone negative. Overall, he's been very good in his first two games back from injury, a positive development for those who have Morant rostered.
John Konchar
MEM starts Morant, Wells, Coward, Konchar, Jackson
Wed, Jan 21, 2026, 1:39 PM
NBA Lineups
Ja Morant, Jaylen Wells, Cedric Coward, John Konchar and Jaren Jackson Jr. will start Wednesday's game against the Hawks.
Analysis: The Grizzlies are without Santi Aldama for Wednesday's game, as he has been sidelined by a knee injury. However, instead of starting a center (Jock Landale) alongside Jackson, the Grizzlies are going with Konchar. He can provide rebounding production, but should not be considered a must-stream player. And Memphis will need JJJ to step up as a rebounder, something that has rarely happened this season.
Santi Aldama
Santi Aldama (knee) downgraded to out Wednesday
Wed, Jan 21, 2026, 1:13 PM
Memphis Grizzlies
Santi Aldama (knee) is out for Wednesday's game against the Hawks.
Analysis: Aldama was downgraded to doubtful earlier Wednesday afternoon, so his absence is unsurprising. Jock Landale will likely return to the starting lineup, which raises his fantasy ceiling. He's worth streaming in that role.
Santi Aldama
Santi Aldama (knee) doubtful Wednesday vs. ATL
Wed, Jan 21, 2026, 7:20 AM
NBA Injury Report
Santi Aldama (knee) is doubtful for Wednesday's matchup with the Hawks.
Analysis: Aldama's looming absence should mean Jock Landale will return to the starting lineup. Landale scored 21 points off the bench in his last game out, and he's averaged 11.2 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.2 assists across his last six starts.
